Immersive performance – Contemporary dance & live music

At once an intense physical practice, a deep dive into artistic improvisation, and a space for collective learning.

Each 3-hour session includes:

• Technical and physiological warm-up (45 min)
  (To acquire and/or develop concrete tools from contemporary dance and improvised music: active listening, specific rhythm, space, contact, breathing, notation, etc.)
• Creation of a collective score (1h30)
  (In collaboration with professional jazz musicians, participants explore the dialogue between sound and movement, improvising a unique and mindful performance.)
• Guided sound journey (45 min)
  To integrate the experience through the body, in a space of recentring and sensitive sharing.
