Présentation
Born in 2023 from the initiative of two musicians, composers, and improvisers (Théo Zipper and Simon Groppe), Collectif Thöz is a Brussels-based non-profit organization. Record label and concert organizer, it operates as a structure of mutual aid, artistic exchange, and resistance. The collective advocates for a common and solidarity-based action to highlight and support the visibility of marginal, experimental, and off-center music.
For their return to the Jazz Station, Thöz invites three brilliant and uncompromising improvisers to present solo performances. Their sharply distinct sonic worlds (spanning free jazz, noise, and ambient music!) underscore the vibrancy and international resonance of Brussels’ improvised music scene.
