David Linx, an acclaimed singer, composer and lyricist, and a leading figure on the international vocal jazz scene, leads the trio with his expressive voice, engaging in a vibrant dialogue with Mehari’s luminous trumpet and Montana’s dynamic piano. Together, they create music that is at once intense, sensitive and captivating, moving effortlessly from intimate moments to soaring, powerful climaxes. The repertoire will feature a selection of songs from the singer’s most recent albums, alongside new compositions and pieces drawn from David Linx’s thirty-year repertoire.
